Quiet location with free parking.

Hotel Zwanenburg is outside of the busy city. We really enjoyed walking around the quiet neighborhood. Several bus stops were easily accessible for travel into the city. The staff members were very friendly and helpful. The bathroom had a very large bath tub for soaking with plenty of hot water. This is a good hotel if you are watching your budget.

It is not in the city. If you want to be in Amsterdam, this is not.

Its a simple but convenient hotel.

Quite noisy. Most guests stay there to catch a flight and the ones leaving early , may be heard.

The location is ideal for tranquility and exploration. I enjoyed a peaceful atmosphere close to nature! The staff's kindness was commendable, providing useful insights about nearby amenities.

Noise disturbances were significantly distracting! The lack of onsite dining options could be frustrating for convenient meals.

It locates near Amsterdam city center and easy to catch the bus towards there. As we visited Amsterdam before the Queen's Birthday, bus operating schedule did not work on the time table, but we can come back from city by bus. Hotel owner provided detailed guide for the bus route.

Noise from neighboring rooms needs addressing!!! Shower temperature irregularities could greatly affect comfort!!! Consider clearer transport guidance, especially for night arrivals!!!

Good if you want to be quick at the airport, acceptable for a business trip if you don't stay too long. Hotel is not so expensive like many hotels in Amsterdam.

noisy planes all the time, so not a calm place to relax. Transport to Amsterdam is very expensive and does not run 24 hours, although it's just a few kilometers to the capital city. Taxi or hotel pic up service to city is even 30 EUR!!

Smooth check-in, cheap food.

Excellent overall experience. Brilliant accommodation, super-friendly staff, unbeatable location very close to the train station. Exceptionally comfortable bed, budget and big rooms. Perfect facilities.

Do recommend for a short staycation.

Clean room, helpful staff, the free airport shuttle made travel easy and convenient for my short stay while exploring the nearby restaurants and supermarkets that catered to my dining needs.

The shower leaked onto the floor, yet the room was actually spacious.

The hotel was okay, the best things I can say are that the price was economical and the room was clean.

Our reception at the hotel was bad. We arrived on the shuttle only to be told that the hotel had cancelled our reservation 30 minutes before and given away our room (they said they had no way of knowing if we would show up or not - it was only 6:30 in the evening). After much arguing, they said they would see what they could do. They found us a tiny room with barely any space for walking between the beds. Anyway, we were only there one night so it was acceptable, but our reception really stressed out our kids (and us) and made our stay less than enjoyable. The selection at breakfast was lacking. Also, the airport shuttle only runs every hour in the morning, not on demand.

We liked the family-run business atmosphere. The people at the hotel were personable and willing to make our stay as comfortable as possible. Rather than the impersonal feel of chain hotels, this hotel had a definite personal touch with each person wearing different hats. I recommend this hotel for its location (close to the airport - 15 minutes transfer with the courtesy hotel shuttle) and its quiet and pleasant atmosphere (game room with a nicely tuned piano). We will definitely stay there again should we visit or transit through Amsterdam.
